Sun Vibes: “Love Hertz”

Consider for a moment all the frequencies that travel through the air and bombard
your body on any given day:
from mobile phones, wi-fi, radio, microwaves and ⸻ coming soon ⸻ 5G. These manmade inventions all transmit at different frequencies that are constantly penetrating our brains. Modern devices emitting artificial electromagnetic radiation are said to be linked to anxiety, depression, insomnia, and even cancer.

Being attracted to the Sun as I am, I decided to check what, if any, frequencies linked it with us human beings, particularly with a view to reunifying the divided Self – Head and Heart. Of course, there is an infinite variety of frequencies that originate from the Sun and stream towards us, ranging from the extremely low infrasonic to the ultrasonic.

Once you start researching the matter, it becomes obvious that a lot of online bloggers are simply playing around with numbers. There are several different frequencies claimed to match the oscillation of the Sun – and the frequency of love. Some websites claim that frequencies such as 396, 639 and 963 hertz are beneficial for achieving your goals and attracting abundance (this includes the renowned LOA expert Bob Proctor) and, as you might expect, there are often soundtracks for sale to help you attune with them. I think this owes something to the concept allegedly stated by Nikola Tesla: “If you knew the magnificence of the three, six and nine, you would have a key to the universe.”

Often these recorded soundtracks are binaural, meaning you get different wavelengths through each ear using headphones – one in their chosen higher range and the other, for example, perhaps matching the brain’s Alpha pattern. A hertz, I should mention, simply means one cycle per second, and is named after the German physicist who identified it in the 19th century.

It seems to me that if you want to attune with another plane, you must be on the same frequency as it, just as a radio must be tuned into the wavelength of the transmitting station. So, I went searching for the frequency that best attunes our Heart and Head.

The Frequency of Love
The figure that keeps grabbing my attention is the 528Hz frequency. We owe the concept of this as being the frequency of love to Dr. Leonard Horowitz, who described it as the core of the “Musical Mathematical Matrix of Creation”. According to Dr. Horowitz, a pioneer in the search for the “lost” Solfeggio frequencies (the Do, Re Mi scales), 528Hz resonates at the heart of everything that exists in the Universe, including the Sun, pyramids, circles, squares, rainbows and snowflakes. He therefore considered 528Hz to be the frequency that the Sun and Nature vibrate at in their perfect state, stating “more than any sound previously discovered, it resonates at the heart of everything.”

Dr. Horowitz claimed 528Hz as the Love Frequency because, he said, any frequency other than this cannot be felt in the heart itself, and that the 528 frequencies are heard in the heart of everything- they can connect your heart with other hearts, and your heart to anything else.

So, what about its practical use in music, for which 440 or 444 Hz is generally used? For historical reasons, the root of the Western musical scale is not A, but C. In modern music, when we say something is in 528Hz, we mean that the guitars, bass and keyboards are all tuned to reference pitch A=444 instead of A=440, making the C note 528Hz.

Dr. Horowitz determined that certain Beatles recordings were performed in 528Hz frequency, the third note of the ancient Solfeggio scale (Mi) (- which also happens to be traditionally associated with Gregorian chants). Perhaps the most famous song composed in 528 Hz is John Lennon’s Imagine. He recorded it at A=444Hz (C=528Hz).

Paul McCartney often tuned to A=444Hz (C=528Hz) when playing live. However, the reason why you can’t just lay a 528Hz tone over any of McCartney’s songs and have them all fit, is because songs are in different keys within the 528/444 tuning. Just because McCartney is using that pitch standard, he can still be playing a song in another key. To explain further: For example, while the key of the song, “Please Please Me” is E, McCartney is playing the chords that revolve around the key of E, but his instruments are still tuned to reference pitch C=528/A=444Hz.

Since 528 resonates at the heart of everything, Dr. Horowitz reasons, it must be “pure tone love — the acoustic channel that links human hearts to the centre of creation, that is God’s heart, empowering loving intention to be expressed most powerfully by faithful prayer; commonly observed to manifest miracles.” The Love Frequency of 528Hz resonates, for example, at the heart of the Sun, as recorded by NASA scientists. This can be discerned by comparing the NASA recording with a 528-tuning fork. This fact is also reflected in every rainbow that refracts greenish-yellow light at its heart in 528nm.

Attuning Yourself to the Love Frequency
All things in our universe are constantly in motion, vibrating. Even objects that appear to be stationary are in fact vibrating, oscillating, resonating, at various frequencies. An interesting phenomenon occurs when different vibrating things/processes come into proximity: they will often start, after a short while, to vibrate together at the same frequency. In other words, they “sync up,” sometimes in ways that can seem mysterious. This phenomenon of spontaneous self-organization is also known as entrainment.

When frequencies are out-of-tune in the human body, or when optimal resonance is not taking place, illness and/or poor functioning is inevitable. The purpose of sound therapy is to re-introduce into the body the proper frequencies that are needed for improved physical, psychological and spiritual functioning. In sound therapy, when a vibratory force is induced in the human body an entrainment takes place within, a process that restores the missing order of frequencies to the systemic area, body part or field that is dysfunctional. This is accomplished via natural sympathetic resonance, or syncing up.

When trying to use this technique to consciously reconnect your Head and Heart, it is difficult to meditate on the 528Hz frequency without the aid of a musical tone. There are several different recordings of the sound available online. Here are a few links as examples.
